This survey is being conducted by the Center for Nursing Education and Testing (C-NET®) on behalf of the Nephrology Nursing Certification Commission (NNCC®). The purpose of the survey is to help assure that the CCHT and CCHT-A certification examinations are based on current practice. Your participation is vitally important for the ongoing accuracy of the examinations!
The survey will take approximately 45 minutes to complete. Note: Be aware that some facilities use a firewall on their network, preventing access to outside sites. Please forward this link to your personal email account and take the survey at home or on your mobile device on your own time. You may take the survey on your computer or on a mobile device. If you need to take a break and return to the survey later, just click on "Save and continue later" at the top of the screen and enter your email address. You will receive an email with a link that will take you back to your last position in the survey.
Your responses to the survey will be anonymous. Only group data will be reported. After you complete the survey, you will be directed to a separate database to enter the drawing.
